Transportation assistance designed to help remove barriers preventing youth and families from accessing opportunities and support services.

 

This may include:

 

  • Assistance with access to DC Kids Ride Free cards for eligible youth

  • Metro and public transportation support

  • Transportation assistance for educational and workforce opportunities

  • Gas card assistance for parents or guardians experiencing hardship while transporting children to programs, school, or activities

  • Transportation coordination for events and outreach initiatives

 

The goal is to help youth and families remain connected, engaged, and supported without transportation becoming a barrier.
