​NaTaya Bond is an honor roll scholar, student leader, and proud Washington, DC native who exemplifies creativity, determination, and excellence. As a student at Coolidge Senior High School, she has distinguished herself through her academic achievements, leadership, and commitment to personal growth.

 

In 2026, NaTaya received recognition from Mayor Muriel Bowser after her winning design was selected for the 2026–2027 DC Kids Ride Free SmarTrip Card. Inspired by the beauty and culture of Washington, DC, her cherry blossom-themed design will be distributed to students across the District, leaving a lasting impact on thousands of young riders.

 

Beyond her academic success, NaTaya is actively involved in school and community activities and continues to serve as a positive example for her peers. Her achievement reflects the values that DB&B Safe Haven seeks to inspire in every young person: leadership, creativity, perseverance, and a commitment to making a difference.
